The Master Builders' Dialogues Series

The Carpenters' Company of the City and County of Philadelphia has long been hosting biennial learning symposiums designed to provide a space of networking and learning for burgeoning and established ACE (architecture, construction, and engineering) professionals. In 2026, we are happy to announce the launch of the Master Builders' Dialogues reimagined as a three-part learning series. This series is designed to engage members of the Carpenters' Company and the wider ACE professional community in conversations about design/build trends and to facilitate site visits to up and coming facilities and projects in the Greater Philadelphia area.

In addition to offering networking and learning opportunities to our members and the wider community, this series supports our fundraising efforts to educate the next generation of ACE professionals and introduce them to the various career paths available to them. To support this goal, funds from this series will go towards Master Builders' Institute initiatives, including the after-school ACE learning program run in partnership with Girard College and staffed by volunteers from the Carpenters' Company and the Greater Philadelphia design-build community.

Continuing Education Credits will be offered when applicable for individual sessions.

Currently Scheduled Sessions:

Tuesday, February 17th, 2026, 8:30-10am at Carpenters' Hall: Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia (PAGP) Report on The Economic Impact of Historic Preservation in Philadelphia, presented by Hanna Stark, Director of Policy and Communications

April 2026: To be determined: currently accepting submissions.

June 2026: To be determined: currently accepting submissions.
